Welcome to ASCoN
The Asian Spinal Cord Network (ASCoN) is a regional alliance dedicated to advancing spinal cord injury (SCI) rehabilitation, education, and research across Asia. Established in 2001 and affiliated with the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS), ASCoN unites clinicians, scientists, and rehabilitation professionals to promote excellence in care and knowledge exchange.
Our Commitment
Through partnerships, annual conferences, and training initiatives, ASCoN works to strengthen SCI services, foster regional collaboration, and enhance patient outcomes. The Network continues to be a driving force in bridging expertise across Asia to improve the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries.
Through partnerships, annual conferences, and training initiatives, ASCoN works to strengthen SCI rehabilitation and promote collaboration across Asia.
As part of our ongoing collaboration with the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS), ASCoN is proud to support ISCoS in advancing education and research through its global initiatives. One such highlight is the forthcoming 65th ISCoS Annual Scientific Meeting, to be held in Kuala Lumpur, 7–10 October 2026.
This flagship ISCoS event brings together the international SCI community — clinicians, researchers, and allied professionals — to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and drive innovation in spinal cord injury care and rehabilitation across regions.
